Jatco offers full, turnkey service, supported by a professional secondary operations department for assembly and decoration.

We pride ourselves on our ability to "do it all," including ultrasonic welding, pad printing, silk screening and hot stamp pressing.

Our secondary operations equipment includes:

40 kHz ultrasonic welders
20 kHz ultrasonic welder
Imtran 5" closed cup pad printers (with 2 rotary tables for printing up to three colors)
Tampo pad print machines
2,500lb hot stamp presses
1000lb hot stamp presses
Multiple assembly lines
