Advanced Production Quality Planning (APQP)
Jatco’s philosophy of customer service is reflected throughout our entire organization. Jatco embraces a policy of team management for every customer project. Each project is assigned a primary project manager and an Advanced Product Quality Planning team. The APQP team is represented by all departments including production and production planning, engineering, tooling, shipping and senior management. All members are cross-trained to provide you with the absolute best customer service and back-up support.
Following corporate policy, our production and production planning teams are cross-trained and current with the status of every production order. With service excellence as the focus of every member, any individual can provide accurate order status information.
